CF10 Rugby Trust: AGM 2021

CF10’s Annual General Meeting will be held on THURSDAY 18 MARCH 2021 commencing at 7pm.

Due to the pandemic the meeting will be held remotely.

Joining The Meeting

The AGM will be held via Zoom. To attend you must pre-register through Eventbrite by following this link. You will then be sent joining instructions for the evening.

Please note that the event will be recorded and your image may be seen on screen at some future date. By registering for the event you will be giving permission for your image to be seen.

Agenda

  • An update on progress during the previous year
  • Approval of the revised Mission Statement
  • Approval of the organisation’s name change from ‘Cardiff Blues Rugby Supporters Society Ltd’ to ‘CF10 Rugby Limited’
  • A presentation of the accounts
  • The election of a Chair and up to two Board Directors (to March 2024). Voting will have taken place before the meeting.
  • Statement from the new Chair
  • An opportunity for members’ questions and discussion

Electronic Voting

Given the complexity of managing voting during an online meeting we will be providing members with the ability to vote digitally this year. If you're a member and you either haven't yet voted or received your invitation to do so via email, please contact agm2021@cf10rugbytrust.org and we will send you further instructions.

We need to elect a Chair and up to two Board members. Personal Statements for the candidates can be found in the Nominations section below. Please review these before you vote.

The timetable for voting as set out in our Standing Orders Election Policy in the Directors’ Handbook:
4 March – Closing date for nominations
7 March – Electronic voting opens
16 March – Electronic voting closes
18 March – AGM: election results announced

The Annual Report 2019/20 and Annual Accounts 2019-20 along with the are available for members’ scrutiny in the attachments sections below.

The revised Mission Statement is also attached. This refreshes the previously agreed document and there are no substantial changes included. We would like your endorsement of the Mission Statement.

Name Change

With Cardiff Blues having rebranded to Cardiff Rugby we feel it is also timely and important for us to change our official name from ‘Cardiff Blues Rugby Supporters Society Ltd’. The Board are proposing that we officially become ‘CF10 Rugby Limited’. Again we would welcome your endorsement of the name change.
