Initial response to WRU statement

The WRU have issued the news that a preferred bidder has been chosen – a copy of their statement is here This winning bidder has not been confirmed officially at this stage. However there is intense speculation in the media that the owners of the Ospreys, Y11 have been chosen as the preferred bidder. It will come as no surprise that we are angry about this decision as we have been very vocal in our opposition to this outcome.

CF10 Board members will meet on Tuesday night, when hopefully more news will have emerged, to discuss the situation. We will hold a full member meeting very shortly to ask for views on the way forward.  We will communicate the date and time as soon as we can after tomorrow nights board meeting..     Another appalling decision from the WRU. You wonder if they have been taking lessons on making friends from Donald Trump!
