CF10 Rugby Trust was formed in May 2016 and is a democratic and representative forum open for all supporters of Cardiff rugby. We are a Community Benefit Society established under the Act of 2014 and registered with the Financial Conduct Authority.

As such, we are a members’ organisation run by members for members. To fulfil that responsibility (and our legal responsibilities) we need the involvement of members in the Trust’s work and therefore to be able to contact you.

How the Trust uses your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available in the Documents section on the website. The only data we hold is that provided to us by you when you became a member.

We will hold you data securely in a single database. We will not pass your data to any third party and we will not use it for any commercial or marketing purposes. If we change this policy in the future we will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal data with any third-party for marketing purposes.

You can ask us to stop sending you messages at any time by contacting us or to cancel your membership.

You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when websites set or access cookies. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of our website may become inaccessible or not function properly. When you first access the CF10 website you will be informed about our Cookie Policy. You will only see this notice once rather than on every occasion you visit the site.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We will retain your personal data for the period of your membership and for 3 years following expiry of your membership. If you wish us to delete your data on termination of your membership we will do so, as long as this is consistent with our legal responsibilities.

You have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data:

• Request access to your personal data.

• Request correction of your personal data.

• Request erasure of your personal data.

• Object to processing of your personal data.

• Request restriction of processing your personal data.
