CF10’s Annual General Meeting will be held on WEDNESDAY 29 MARCH 2023 commencing at 7PM. The board have decided that the AGM shall be held online as it believes this provides the opportunity for a greater section of the membership to attend. Joining instructions will be sent to members closer to the date.
The AGM will comprise:
- An update on progress during the previous year
- An opportunity for members’ questions and discussion
- A presentation of the accounts
- The election of a Treasurer and four board members (voting will have taken place electronically prior to the meeting)
- David Allen, Cardiff Rugby Supporter Advisor will be present to answer your questions
The signed Annual Accounts 2021-22 are available for members’ scrutiny in the AGM section of the website. The Annual Report 2021-22 will be published 1 March 2023.
A nomination form for the vacant posts is also available in the AGM section of the website should you wish to apply. This completed form must be returned to me no later than 15 March. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us..
The timetable for voting as set out in our Standing Orders Election Policy in the Governance section of the website is as follows:
15 March – Last day for nominations forms to be returned
18 March – Electronic voting opens
27 March – Electronic voting closes
29 March – Results of the election announced at AGM
If you would like to be more involved in the Trust’s work but are not ready to apply for Board membership, then we would still be delighted to hear from you. The Board comprises nine elected directors, but other members attend meetings as observers to form a wider working group so strengthening the skill base of the organisation.
